Erika and Noah

Hi,

Me and my boyfriend Noah are mainly looking for a studio or a one bedroom apartment but are open to a spacious room in a share house as well. We’re looking for a place near Bondi, all the bays and points up top (Elisabeth Bay, Double Bay, Rushcutters etc) or the city with good public transport connections to Bondi since that’s where I work. We’re both very laid back, tidy and respectful tenants and spend our days mostly working, surfing, being outdoors and seeing friends (on a sunny day you’ll definitely find us at a beach).

Noah returns from New Zealand on the 10th of November and we’re looking to rent a place together soon after that. I’d love to tell you more about us. Also happy to give out any information you might deem relevant to considering us as new tenants.
