I moved from Sydney to Melbourne and i'm looking for a private spacious furnished room with a big built-in wardrobe with only 1 flatmate who is kind, considerate and thoughtful. It would be for a min of 2-3 months at this stage.

I am away about 20 hours per week and I want to have a nice comfy place where i feel comfortable in staying in, if i want to.

I am responsible, pay the rent on time, clean after myself, well-educated, well-mannered and cultured.

👀 I'm looking for

✅A respectful, genuinely nice, thoughtful, caring and friendly flatmate (up to 50 years old) who wants to share their home

✅A harmonious beautifully furnished home that is clean, safe and away from traffic noise, close to a park or a tram stop

✅A flatmate who I can also socialise with sometimes, watch a movie or series together or going out for a coffee or a walk (I have now friends in Melbourne too)

✅I would also like to really share a home, which means having access and being able to use the living/dining area and being able to watch a movie on Netflix or put on some up beat music when i cook.

❌ Disrespectful or aggressive people
❌Negative people and those who lack empathy
❌People who smoke, do drugs, weed, drink heavily or come home drunk
❌People who bring One night stands or bring the party home

🐕Pets:

Happy to live with a friendly dog but NO cats as I'm allergic to them.

Note: I can pay 2 weeks of rent in advance + 2 weeks bond. If you require 1 month of rent in advance and 1 month bond, is not suitable for me.
