Unfortunately, the beautiful home i recently moved into with a great housemate is being sold so I am looking for a new home/apartment to share with an expected move in date by the end of August or first week of September.

I'm in a transition place as i moved from Sydney to Melbourne, currently part time self employed but due to start a new full time job in a few weeks.

I want a stable clean home while i settle in Melbourne and eventually get my own place, this means being comfortable to stay in if i want to.

I am genuine, honest and have a positive nature and like to have a good balance between socialising and having my own 'me-time' so' sharing a home with someone who respects privacy is essential for me.

I am responsible, pay the rent on time, clean after myself, well-educated, well-mannered and cultured.

👀 I'm looking for

✅A spacious furnished bedroom with a double or queen bed and a big built-in wardrobe

✅A beautifully fully furnished home that is clean, safe and with an internal laundry, close to a tram stop or train station and within 30 mins of the CBD

✅A respectful, mentally healthy, genuinely nice, thoughtful, caring and friendly female flatmate (Up to 55 years old) who wants to share her home, excluding the bedroom for rent as i want a private room

✅Access to common areas with no restrictions (living/dining/kitchen)

✅Space within the house/apartment/unit to store my 5 suitcases as i don't want them in my bedroom

As living in peace in a safe place is a must for me, I am not compatible with:

❌ Disrespectful, aggressive and negative people
❌️ People who don't respect their flatmates privacy or healthy boundaries
❌Smokers, drug users, heavy drinkers
❌People who bring One night stands as this is a safety issue.

🐕Pets:

Happy to live with a friendly dog but NO cats as I'm allergic to them.

*Note: I can pay 2 weeks of rent in advance + 2 weeks bond. If you require 1 month of rent in advance and 1 month bond, is not suitable for me.
