Hi everyone! My name is Kate (she/her), and I’m a 19-year-old (turning 20 in March) university student who is in desperate need of a place!! Unfortunately, I need to leave my current residency ASAP due to unforeseen living circumstances and comfortability of myself. I am looking to move into a new place within the next two weeks if possible, between the end of Feb and early March, before uni gets too hectic.

I am looking to move into a lovely home with other roommates who are accepting of queer people and students. I need a long-term place, so I’m particularly looking for a 1-year-lease agreement🔥. My price range is typically between $250-$290 per week without bills, but for the right place, I am open to other offers. I would prefer to live in areas such as Randwick, Paddington, Glebe, Stanmore, Kingsford, Kensington, Bondi, Leichhardt, Newtown, Marrickville, Annandale, but I am open to anywhere, as long as it's a safe space 😄. I would prefer a room that isn’t completely furnished, as I have my own furniture and would like to decorate my room as my own, but I would also be open to rooms that have limited furniture available (such as a chest of drawers and a dresser, and potentially a bedframe). I would love housemates who will equally keep the place tidy, as in the past I’ve literally felt like someones Mum, picking up after them💀.

For a bit more about myself, I am a queer woman, so I would love to be in a house that is accepting and comfortable! I am currently studying a Bachelor of Computing Science🤓 at the University of Technology Sydney, completing my third year this year! I am super duper pet-friendly. I LOVE pets. I am an introvert at heart and love my alone time, but have a bright personality that people can easily connect with! I am a very tidy person who loves things to be organised in my own room, and I always ALWAYS clean up after myself. I am a very down-to-earth, open-minded person who really just keeps to themself but is also looking for lifelong friends. I can also cook if that helps 😎. I’m a very independent individual who has lived out of home since I was 17 for study. I also have a car 🚗 so I can totally be your designated driver if you ever have a crazy night out lol!

Regarding finance, I work 2 jobs, which have sustainable weekly incomes and have always been a person who loves to save their money, rather than spend it. I have over a year of renting experience and have always paid on time or in advance, including bills. If you have any questions about my ability to pay rent, then please ask (you have nothing to worry about lol)!!!!!!
