Hellooo Naarm peeps!
I'm Tali (they/them), 26yo, and from Hamburg, Germany.
Coming back for my second round of your lovely city. Hence, I'm looking for an accommodation from mid-September 2026 to May 2027 in a queer-friendly shared apartment/house.
Would love to find something in the northern suburbs! Brunswick, Coburg, Northcote, Carlton, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Thornbury, Preston, Fairfield, Abbottsford, Kensington, North Melbourne, ... Last time around my favorite place to be was Bar Oussou! So anywhere halfway close would be awesome! I'd love to stay under 300$/wk. Furnished would be cool, but no biggie if not.
I'm an open and creative person (I like to use the term free spirit) and music is a big part of my life, but all kinds of creative media tickle my brain. At home, I play keys/synths in a band, but I also play bass guitar and a little flute as well. I really (!) like Melburnian bands/artists like King Gizz, Mildlife, Surprise Chef, Harvey Sutherland, Glass Beams, Hiatus Kaiyote...
Humor is also very important to me, I like to laugh and make people laugh (with really bad jokes). Other interests and hobbies include astronomy, nerding over music gear and audio technology, motorcycles..
I think of myself as friendly, respectful, considerate and tidy. Further, I consider myself more left-leaning. I also don't smoke.
I have fixed-income coming in from Germany and additionally will work when I'm there.
Living together works best when you communicate and share the workload. I value and respect personal space / downtime, of those around me but also myself, but I'm always down to do something like have fun evenings, op-shop runs, interesting conversations, listen to cool music (or jam!?) with a beer or lemonade in hand! I would love to find a shared apartment/house with like-minded (musos?) peeps!
