• We’re clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and we both have stable full-time jobs.
• Non-smoker, drug-free. No party.
• We love cooking, so we prefer to have our own kitchen.
• We’re early risers who love starting our mornings with work and exercise.
• A bright, sun-filled room is really important to us, as we enjoy creating and spending time indoors.
• We also have a van and a small car, so having a private parking space would be a big plus.
