Hi there,
I’m Tom - a single dad, have my son 50/50 (week on week off), looking for a peaceful, stable home for myself and my 6 year old son.
We’re a small, quiet, health-focused family who value nature, the beach, and simple living. I’ve run my own health and wellness business for over 12 years and also work in high schools as a teacher. I don’t smoke or drink, and we keep a clean, tidy space.
Right now, I’m seeking a fresh start and a solid foundation - a home where my little family can land and feel secure. A granny flat/studio/apartment would be a great. We are seeking our own space.
I have a king-size bed, a fridge, bikes and some boxes that would need to have storage. We are a healthy duo, so would need the capacity to be able to cook meals. Ideally the bedroom is separate from the dining/living area.
I have excellent rental references and treat every property with the same care and respect as if it were my own.
If you have a granny flat, or something similar available - or know of someone who does - I’d love to be considered.
