I have 10 years of renting experience, 4 of which I lived alone.

If you're sick, I’ll make you soup and go to the pharmacy.
I’ll ask if anyone needs anything when I'm doing my groceries. I always clean up after myself, but I'll take the initiative if the house needs an extra tidy.
I’m adaptable. I’ve lived out of home since I was sixteen, with characters from all walks of life.
You won’t need to remind me about paying rent/ bills. Mental health is super important to me, so you’ll always have a listening ear.
If I’ve made too much food, help yourself.
Expect fresh flowers from the market to brighten the house & chats over some wine or a herbal tea.
I don’t like confrontation, so I’m all about healthy communication.
If you like having a boogie in the backyard and friends over, be my guest - I couldn't care less. 🪩

Work - I wear a few 🎩
Juggling a new business in interior and event styling, which has branched out to photography, freelance writing and creative directing.
I also help small businesses grow their social platform and work as a lingerie/ topless waitress.

I will sleep in most days due to working and studying late.

What I do in my spare time:
My social calendar is usually quite full - you'll find me in nature, I love everything and anything creative, I love meeting new people, experiencing new things, finding hidden cocktail bars, volunteering and watching the footy

The place I am currently in was desperate for someone to move in, and the residents completely lied about what they are like and what happens behind closed doors.
After experiencing a lonely and toxic living situation, I’m eager to connect with some fantastic people who enjoy sharing meals and good conversations - genuine, good people.

I'm spontaneous, so I'll likely say yes if you want me to do something.
I'm also a big board game nerd, so if you're ready to lose 😉 I’m prepared to play.
