Hey my name's Jerome and I'm originally from NZ but been in Perth for the past 4 months and now settled in Melbourne and looking for a short/long term rental (im flexible on time to stay for the right place). I'm 27 and have had heaps of flatting experience in Wellington so I understand and value the importance of keeping a clean and tidy living space especially in common areas and being respectful of others and their lifestyles. I generally am a bit introverted but moving to a new city I'm looking to meet some new people so im pretty flexible with whatever lifestyles flatmates are looking for and ideally looking for somewhere i can contribute to a homely vibe. My hobbies include bouldering, music, playing guitar, watching movies and im partial to the odd board game or beer. Currently Ive just started a job as a gardener in Glen Iris working full time so can lend my green hands to the property if needed. I'm pretty flexible on suburbs to live in though would prefer east of the city and some where not too far from Abbotsford or Glen iris.
