Hey my name's Jerome and I've just recently moved to Perth from NZ and looking for a short/long term rental. I'm 27 and have had heaps of flatting experience in Wellington so I understand and value the importance of keeping a clean and tidy living space especially in common areas and being respectful of others and their lifestyles. I generally am a bit introverted but moving to a new city I'm looking to meet some new people so im pretty flexible with whatever lifestyles flatmates are looking for and ideally looking for somewhere i can contribute to a homely vibe. My hobbies include bouldering, music, playing guitar, watching movies or chilling at the beach. Currently Ive just started a job as a gardener/landscaper in Subiaco working full time so can lend my green hands to the property if needed. I'm pretty flexible on suburbs to live in though would prefer north of the CBD or close to the beach ideally.
