Hi I’m 55 I’m pretty young at heart Sagittarius, who is super super clean and tidy, polite, quiet, friendly and self sufficient, I am downsizing and have new goals just want to be a even better version of me lol I’m after something long term though.
I really think I’d prefer privacy like studio, granny flat or something self contained, a kitchenette or quite place with a pool or near the beach it’s jus so many people have extreme rules now days that are very intimidating, though I am used to co tenants.
I’m not into politics or any strong beliefs I am unqualified for those topics lol. I’m not one to watch Tv in the lounge, im quite happy to Netflix and Chill from my iPad in my room, I like to cook but not everyday a little salad or meal prepped, air fry or bake something easy done. I use my own kitchen utensils, plates, pots, pans ect. I’m house trained and clean up after myself.
Harmony is where the home is at being kind, honest and respectful is really super duper important.
My rental ledger is flawless as are paying bills on time.
I have no pets I do love them I have a soft spot for furry friends.
I go to art class 3-4 days a week I’m at the studio or we doing plein air my arty friend comes get me I get my Coles click n collect on the way home so I don’t need a car and 1 x week Muay Thai with a personal trainer lol I might not look it but I do lol so that’s my social life to a tee.
My interests include on repeat are art, beach walks, picnics, I’m at the beach or pool, I ride my e-bike and carry my sketchbook and watercolours all the time and just enjoying sunny GC I love it so pretty everywhere you go.
Ideally I value a peaceful living environment and easy going simple life, super tidy quiet flatmates , I’m not a drinker or anything else, The ideal place to be organised uncluttered , very tidy and fresh, close to the beach bonus . If I say I will do something for you it will be done asap and done really really well, if there is a garden or anything I can pitch in just ask, you will get no anxiety from me my close friends are Support Workers or teach art to kids with special needs just really really decent sweet people.
