Hi I’m 55 I’m pretty young at heart Sagittarius, who is super super clean and tidy, polite, quiet, friendly and self sufficient, I am downsizing and have new goals just want to be a even better version of me lol I’m after something long term though.
I like my privacy but I am a friendly warm I always say hi I’m always aproachable . Iid love a place with a pool or near the beach. I want to be able to relax.
I’m not into politics or any strong beliefs I am unqualified for those topics lol.
Harmony is where the home is at being kind, honest and respectful is really super duper important.
My rental ledger is flawless as are paying bills on time. Im incredibly clean, tidy and organised.
I go to art class 3- days a week , 1 x week Muay Thai with a personal trainer lol I might not look it but I do lol.
My interests include on repeat are beach walks, picnics, I’m at the beach or pool, I ride my e-bike and carry my sketchbook and watercolours all the time and just enjoying sunny GC I love it so pretty everywhere you go.
Ideally I value a peaceful living environment and easy going simple life, I have no pets and I’m not a drinker or anything else, The ideal place to be organised uncluttered , very tidy and fresh, close to the beach bonus . If I say I will do something for you it will be done asap and done really really well, if there is a garden or anything I can pitch in just ask, you will get no anxiety from me my close friends are Support Workers or teach art to kids with special needs just really really decent sweet people.

I’d like to feel welcomed not have to walk on egg shells.. a friendly atmosphere.
My new EBike needs somewhere safe to store it’s the same size as a push bike I have a lock n tracker -But if there is no where to store it I will just sell it as I don’t need the stress.
