Hi, my name is Laerte. I’m 23, originally from Italy, currently in Melbourne on a Working Holiday Visa. I’ve been working full-time in hospitality/retail for the past 6 months and plan to stay in Melbourne for the next few months while continuing working.

I’m clean, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, keeping active, and socializing but also value a quiet and tidy home.

I lived in shared houses for the past 4 years and I enjoy both daily moments: either quiet time alone and occasional yap and relaxing time with my roommates.

I’m looking for a private room in a friendly share house. Happy to provide work and rental references if needed.

I'm up for a call or to text in order to meet my landlord and/or my roommates as I think it would be very helpful for all of us

I'm down to pay up to 380$pw if in the center of the city (CBD/Southbank) with amenities like gym/swimming pool that would be a good plus. But I'm fine with staying around 30mins from the center by transport if the budget per week is adequate.
