Hi there,

My name is Nathalia and I am originally from Brazil. I’ve been living in Sydney since 2013 and absolutely love the beach lifestyle here. I work full-time as an architect in the city and call Sydney home.

I’m currently helping my boyfriend, Kris, find short-term accommodation while he visits from Poland, from November 28 to January 9.

To clarify — I won’t be staying at the property. I have my own place in Bellevue Hill, and I’ll simply be inspecting the apartment and organising payments on his behalf.

About Kris:
Kris is 37, originally from Poland, and works remotely as a web developer. He’s respectful, tidy, and organised — definitely not the party type. He’s looking for a studio or private room in a share house (with male flatmates only), where he can work comfortably during the day.

He’ll spend most of his free time with me and weekend days so he won’t be around the house much.

We’re both reliable and communicative, and happy to provide references if needed.
