I am looking for long term stay (6-12 months) in a place that is leased through a real estate (no private rentals), with good travel to the city/CBD. I work full-time, non-smoker occasional social drinker, and mainly likes relaxing. Not interested in party houses. I appreciate having a space to relax after work.
