Bel and Sophie

Hi! I’m Bel, I’m 28 and a Melbourne local.
My twin sister, Sophie and I are looking for a housemate to move out with in the South-Eastern suburbs later this year.
We both work full time (in legal Business Development & as a Personal Assistant) and share a beautiful British Shorthair cat, who grew up around animals and lives easily amongst other pets.

In our spare time, we play mixed netball together, attend a bookclub and film club and enjoy spending time with mates. We have happily rented together for nearly four years now, and are ready to make the move from our apartment to a bigger place.

We are tidy, sociable housemates who are house proud and enjoy making our home a peaceful space. We have our own high quality furniture, a fridge, a TV and Apple TV with streaming services, kitchenware, houseplants, vinyl records, a small a library’s worth of books, a Baby Weber BBQ and a washing machine.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to occupy a third bedroom. Preferably someone in their late-20s/early-30s who works full time and would like to sign on a lease together for at least 12 months. We would consider students/Working Holiday Visa holders for the right applicants.
