About Me:
Hi there! My name is Adhi. I’m a 31-year-old Master's student (graduating July 2027) and entrepreneur currently balancing my postgraduate studies with building my company. I am seeking a long-term home (6–12 months) to start around mid-July.

My Lifestyle:
I am an introvert by nature—quiet, mature, and deeply respectful of a peaceful home environment. A typical week for me is heavily focused on academic deadlines and work. In my downtime, I’m usually resetting at the gym or out taking long walks around the city. While I highly value personal space and a quiet sanctuary to recharge, I’m entirely comfortable being social and outgoing when the occasion calls for it.

What I'm Looking For:
I am currently living in Southbank, but am looking to relocate to a more affordable to keep living costs streamlined. My ideal budget is up to $300/week (all-inclusive preferred, but I can stretch to $305 if the space is right).

You can absolutely count on me to maintain a clean, immaculate shared space, respect house rules, and be prompt and reliable with all bills.
