Hi! I’m Emilio — 31, originally from Mexico, and based in Paris for the last 8 years. I’m moving to Melbourne on November 19 for a full-time role at the Apple Store (Southland) and looking for a comfortable, good-vibes home in the inner city.

I’m tidy, respectful, easy-going and genuinely pretty low-maintenance.
I like living in a space that feels clean and nice — especially the kitchen and bathroom — and I always take care of my own mess. (I can cook, I’m not a chef, but I won’t burn your house down.)

During the week I’m fairly relaxed: exercising (gym/swimming), walks, cafés, exploring neighbourhoods, calling friends back home, planning future trips — and on weekends I’m happy to go out, discover Melbourne, or keep it chill at home depending on the mood.

I’m friendly and social, but also appreciate personal space and a home that feels calm. I get along well with people who are easy to live with, respectful, and chill about life in general — nothing forced, nothing intense.

Preferably looking around Carlton / Fitzroy / Collingwood / Richmond / South Yarra / Prahran / North Melbourne / Docklands / Southbank — but open for the right place.
