Looking for a room around Newtown and nearby suburbs (such as Enmore or Erskineville) for about $200/week.
Planning to move in between 19–23 Jan (a little bit flexible).
Available for inspections anytime except 3–15 Jan.
I’ll be studying English for the first month, then planning to work full-time.

About me:
- Clean, but a little easy-going too
- Currently studying English
- Sensitive to strong sunlight — slow in the day, more active at night
(but quiet at home)
- Like music, good food, drinks, art, nature, movies, dramas, and anime

Communication style:
Prefer simple, kind communication rather than “reading between the lines.”
Just gently telling each other what we need is enough.
