No set move in date - looking for the right place

I’m a 29-year-old full-time administrative assistant who enjoys a balanced lifestyle. I like socialising and connecting with others, but I also value my downtime and enjoy quieter activities such as reading, puzzles, and exercising. I’m clean, organised, respectful of shared spaces, and prefer a calm, peaceful home rather than a party environment.

I work from home two days a week, so a larger room or space for a desk would be ideal. As I don’t drive, proximity to reliable public transport is important.

I currently live in a sharehouse but am looking for a place without stairs, as I am wanting a room on the ground floor to be closer to my rescue Greyhound. He is house-trained, very calm, and spends most of his day sleeping on his beds.
