Hi! I'm Mandy from Malaysia. I'm currently in Malaysia and will be returning to Melbourne soon on my Working Holiday Visa. I'll be working in the CBD and am looking for a long-term rent.

I've lived in shared houses before and always keep both my room and common areas clean and tidy. I do light cooking and meal prep, respect everyone's personal space and quiet time, and I'm a considerate and easy-going housemate. I don't smoke, rarely drink, and don't have pets.

I'm ONLY looking for:

* 🔴 A private single room (not shared)
* Rent of up to $300/week
* A place within 45 minutes' commute to Melbourne CBD by public transport
* Close to a train station
* A share house with no more than 3 people in total (including myself)

Preferred areas include Melbourne CBD, Carlton, Collingwood, North Melbourne, West Melbourne, South Melbourne, Hawthorn, and Camberwell.
