I'm Ben, 22, and I've been living in another shared rental in Hawthorn East for just over a year now. It's about time I move back a touch closer to family and friends, whilst still staying close to the city.
I recently graduated from Melbourne Uni, doing Urban Planning, and now work full-time in South Melbourne. It would be great to have easy access to here on train/tram.
I love my sport, playing footy and cricket, and also love watching pretty much any sport imaginable. I do enjoy a beer every now and then (especially Guinness) and also love cities and planning, so if anyone needs to know how to get anywhere on Public Transport, I'll probably have a pretty good answer for that!
Definitely someone who enjoys a chat, but also keen to get away from it all sometimes. A nice chill, easy-going house would be unreal.
