A bit about me: I’m a 39yo queer trans guy~ I work in Student Equity (diversity and inclusion) and split my time between campus and WFH. I’ve lived in plenty of share houses over the years and I’m reliable with bills and easy to communicate with. Home values; it’s important to me I live with people who are queer friendly, SW friendly, and sit on the left of the spectrum.

I have a cat, Lord Stanley. He’s 8.5kg of friendly fluff. He’s been an indoor cat for the past five years, which is my preference, but I’m realistic about share house setups. If the right place came up and it made sense, I’m open to him having outdoor access again. He’s an old boy who loves to sleep and be patted.

At home I’m fairly quiet and low-key. I decompress with books, movies, cozy games, and catching up with mates and my partner a few times a week. I’m social but also respect people’s space. I like shared areas to feel clean and comfortable so everyone can enjoy them (not obsessively tidy, just considerate and communicative.)

I’ve got a script for 420. My use isn’t very intrusive. I mostly vape and the occasional spliff once or twice a day. I’m mindful of surroundings and other people’s comfort.

I’m looking for somewhere calm, respectful, where I can co-exist with others who have good communication skills, and treat home at a safe space to recharge. Happy to chat or come by and meet.

Room preference: big enough to fit a king bed, a desk and wardrobe if one isn't inbuilt already.
