Hey! I’m a 30-year-old full-time professional looking to team up with someone like-minded to find a great place together.

I’m after a comfortable, modern apartment that feels like home — bright, open, and easy to live in. I enjoy a social lifestyle with a good balance: work during the week, beach walks, coffee, relaxed nights at home, and the occasional drinks, dinners, or weekend plans. I don’t mind a social or party-going housemate as long as there’s mutual respect and good communication.

I’m clean, reliable, easy-going, and value a smooth, drama-free setup. I’m looking for a housemate who’s similar — friendly, responsible, and keen to properly house-hunt together and set things up well. Happy whether you work from home or not.

Areas I’m open to include Bondi, Coogee, Bondi Junction, Paddington, Woollahra, the Sydney CBD, Maroubra, Zetland, Waterloo, and the Eastern Suburbs more broadly.

Budget is around $500–$550 per week each, with bills shared (electricity, gas, internet, water, etc.). Move-in timeframe is flexible, 3weeks from now.

Nice views or newer luxury accommodations are a bonus but not a must.
