Hi, I’m Dylan, 42. I’m a full-time Allied Health student finishing June 2026 and work weekday daytime hours in a hospital. I’m looking to join a share house and go onto the lease for a year+.

A non-smoking home indoors is important to me.

At home I’m clean, respectful and independent, and I appreciate a calm, well-kept space. I value downtime, but I’m also social and enjoy good conversation and a laugh. On weekends I often head out for a hike, usually followed by a pub meal.

I’m well travelled, study German in the evenings, and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. I don’t have pets but I’m happy living with cats or dogs.
