Hi! I’m a 37-year-old Kiwi who’s just moved to Sydney from London. I work in Barangaroo, so I’m looking for somewhere on a train/metro line that makes commuting easy and lets me explore my new city.

I love the outdoors, playing tennis, discovering new places, catching up with friends, and I’m a big reader. Big nights out are pretty rare these days, but I enjoy live gigs, trying new spots, and the occasional relaxed games night or wine at home.

I value a friendly, clean, easy living environment and would ideally like to live with one other person (or two if there’s a second bathroom). I’m tidy, keep shared spaces clean and uncluttered, and respectful of people’s personal space.

I work hybrid, with two days a week from home, so a comfortable spot to work — and room for a yoga mat or quick home workout — would be ideal.
