Hello, I’ve returned to Melbourne after 20 years in London and the Cotswolds due to my mother’s early dementia. And the weather, long term friends, Aussie culture and my niece and nephew. My part time gig has been a social media influencer in the car industry (I reach uo to 20m/mth with 21,000 followers). My trade since 1999 is real estate and I still manage remotely London properties which earn me $1,000/mth. I also have a generous family who are happy to top up what’s needed. Im mega tidy, loyal, funny, friendly and respectful. Having been an agent for years Im mega respectful of homes and owners. I have a close knit friend base and open to new ones too. I’ll roll a fag outside now and then and shall stop very soon. Looking for similar types of people as I’ve had thé London flattiez who nab stuff which isn’t my vibe. My aim is to get back into real estate or high end car sales and uo my social media work. Thé aim is to get my own pad in the old hood where I owned in South Yarra but open to a flat share as living with my mum in Essendon is a bit much ti focus on the job hunt.
