Hey, I’m Jason — 25, working full-time in commercial construction management (office based, on site). I’m pretty routine during the week: early starts, gym, work, home.

I’m into gym, cooking, pool, hiking and travelling when I can. I enjoy a drink on occasion, but I’m not a party-every-weekend type.

I’m clean, respectful, and financially stable — rent always paid on time. I value a tidy common area and good communication. I’m social but also independent, I’m happy to hang out most of the time unless work’s got the best of me (you know how it is).

Ideally looking for a place with one or two other housemates around Brunswick or inner city. If you’re after someone reliable, drama-free, and down-to-earth — that’s me. FYI, I’m flexible on the move in date.
