Hi! I’ve relocated to Sydney from Canada for work. I’m looking to move into a furnished or semi-furnished room from Aug/Sept until end of March 2027 in a share house with max 2-3 roommates.

*The sharehouse/apartment must be located in a quiet area (far from loud, noisy roads and not under a flight path/no aircraft noise).
*Must be free from pests like cockroaches, etc.
*Ideally it’s walkable to Pyrmont/CBD or under 45m for a commute in.

I’m in my late 20s, I work in music/media. I enjoy being out in nature (hiking, exploring, hot springs, etc.) and love water activities (swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, tide pooling). I’m also into thrifting, picnics, film/tv, travelling, comedy, pickleball, tennis, and music/art events.

I like to socialize, but I also value my personal space and need my solitude to recharge. I enjoy small intimate gatherings over big/loud events and like to go for a boogie occasionally, but would not call myself a huge partier.

I’m looking for a chill, relaxed atmosphere with other working professionals who value peace and quiet after 9pm. Respect, honesty and open communication when it comes to co-living spaces is important to me. I am considerate of other people's spaces and boundaries. I like to keep spaces clean and hygienic, and always tidy up after myself in common areas - so I’d expect my flatmates to have a similar level of cleanliness.
