Hi! I am relocating to Sydney from Canada for work. I’m looking to move into a furnished or semi-furnished room around April 19th for 2-6 months (and perhaps longer - flexible) in a share house with 1-2 roommates. The apartment must be located in a calm/quiet area (far from loud, noisy roads and little to no aircraft noise). Ideally it’s under 40 mins to commute into Pyrmont/CBD.

I’m in my late 20s, I work in music/media🎧 I enjoy being out in nature (hiking, exploring, hot springs, etc.) and love water activities (swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, tide pooling), thrifting, picnics, watching films/tv, travelling, comedy, pickleball, and music/art events.

I like to socialize, but I also value my personal space and need my solitude to recharge. I enjoy small intimate gatherings over big/loud events and like to go for a boogie occasionally, but would not call myself a huge partier. I don’t smoke and drink minimally.

I’m looking for a chill, relaxed atmosphere with other working professionals who value peace and quiet after 9pm. Respect, honesty and open communication when it comes to co-living spaces is important to me. I am considerate of other people's spaces and boundaries. I like to keep spaces clean and hygienic, and always tidy up after myself in common areas - so I’d expect my flatmates to have a similar level of cleanliness.
