Heya, tgirl currently studying mental health at tafe, and if all goes well I should still be studying until the end of the year.
Been living in bris for 16-ish years now. I'm in need of no friends, but if we vibe - we vibe :)
Always trying to go by my day calmly and draw comics if I can manage to find my motivation <3
*specifics below if you're in need*
People Preferencess) - I'd feel most comfortable sticking with other queer women+enbies as a baseline. I don't need to be friends or anything, but so long as we're chill and do the dishes at a decent rate, I'm cool :)
I'm not the fussiest about noise, but if it's too loud and frequent I might implode.
Am okay with having dudes if you're a little fruity or a little funny, but the dishes and noise baselines still apply.
Income) - I get a fixed, passive income from centrelink, so you won't have to worry about unreliable rent. (chronic pain if curious, I can't manage study and work at the same time) I don't want rent to go too much beyond what I'm currently paying, but I could probably manage $300 per week tops. Any other detail is completely flexible around how we decide to split bills (I usually just go evenly between tenants)
If a person can't pay rent, I am okay to help cover it, but I'd ideally like to be paid back.
Schedule) - Tafe is on monday (9-4pm), tuesday (9-12pm), and wednesday (9-4pm). Otherwise, I'll usually either be; walking around the suburb, making dinner at an agreed time, going out with friends, or quietly existing in my room (unless otherwise prompted).
I won't bring people home if others aren't okay with it, but I am someone who will otherwise bring people home. If that is something you're okay with, the *most* frequent I usually manage is once a month. Rules and exceptions are, of course, always fine and flexible with me.
