Hi future flatmates!

I’m 34, Canadian/German, and spent the last 2 years living in New Zealand and working for a travel agency. I just completed a 2 month solo road trip around NZ, and am now working for that same travel agency in the Sydney office! (in CBD)

I’m bubbly, independent but social, and appreciate a clean home. I love yoga, concerts, tv/movies, mediation, Pilates, swimming, and sunsets. I enjoy the occasional night out and love to hang with my flatties but am not looking for a party house haha. I’ve lived in a few different parts of the world and am an open and accepting person of all backgrounds and identities.

I just lived with 5 others but it was a great household because we were all busy doing our own things but could come together to hang out, and we communicated and looked after the shared spaces. I’d love to find something similar with a few good people who become friends :)

Currently looking for something until the end of July as I will be visiting home for 2 months before I come back for peak season.

My ideal find would be:
- private room
- $300-400/week (including bills)
- within 30-40 mins of CBD and beaches on public transport
- 5 minute walk to bus/metro station
- furnished
- dishwasher
- air conditioning
- not ground floor (I’m not a fan of creepy crawlies)
- available asap!

And if you have a cat (or other pet), even better 😍
