Hi! I’m in an awkward period where I’m figuring out my regional work requirement and will leave Sydney asap once approved, but am also employed full time until that happens. My current sublet is about to end, so I’m hoping I can find somewhere for 1-2 weeks.

I’m looking for:
- furnished private room
- available 30 Oct or that weekend
- $350-430/week including bills
- within 30 mins of CBD on public transport
- max 5 minute walk to bus/station
- ideally a dishwasher

I’m 34, Canadian/German, and spent the last 2 years living in New Zealand. Right now I work full time for a travel agency in CBD.

I’m friendly, independent but social, and appreciate a clean home. I love yoga, tv/movies, swimming, pilates, sunset walks, concerts, etc! I’m usually down to hang out in the evenings and or watch something when I’m free :)

Bonus if you have pets! Always happy to help with them when available as well.
