Hi everyone! I’m a 19-year-old looking to move into a share house or unit by the 1st of September.
I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person. I’m naturally a bit more introverted and usually keep to myself, but I’m always down for a friendly chat or a catch-up in the common areas. I really value a peaceful, tidy, and harmonious living environment.
I am currently receiving stable Centrelink payments, which securely covers my living expenses. I am not working right now as I am waiting for my NDIS funding to be approved (and need to keep my status stable until that goes through). However, I plan on starting work as soon as that approval lands. You can count on me to always pay rent and bills exactly on time.
What I’m Looking For:
Budget: Ideally looking around $250 per week for a standard share house, but I can go up to $350 per week for a unit/flat
Location: somewhere in eastern suburbs anywhere from Boxill to Moorolbark, open to south east or north east suburbs that are near Croydon/Ringwood area.
Housemates: Ideally living with like-minded people around my age (late teens to mid-20s) who appreciate a clean house and respect each other's boundaries and quiet time.
Move-in Date: Ready to move by September 1st
