Hi, my name’s Abbie and I’m currently looking for a place. I’m great to live with because I’m clean, I bake/cook and I love a good movie or games night. I’m not too loud or a big partier but I do love a good yap and a walk to the nearest dessert place.

I'm looking for somewhere big enough for a queen bed, a desk and either enough space for a wardrobe or a built in one. I'm not picky about the bathroom situation or furnishing but I would like to find somewhere with either aircon or ceiling fans. My budget is $300 with bills included but more like $250 if not and I'm looking for a female only apartment.

I'm happy to follow a cleaning schedule and I'm definitely up for roommate hangouts. I do like to be buddies with my housemates but I totally understand the need for space and alone time. I'm hoping to move in with other people in their 20s and ideally a smoke-free house.
