Hi, I’m Mohsen. I’m an incoming international PhD student at the University of Sydney, relocating to Sydney for my research and studies.
I’m looking for a clean, calm and private place to live, ideally a studio, granny flat, self-contained unit, or a room with a high level of independence and privacy. I would prefer a place where I can settle in, focus on my PhD, and have my own quiet routine.
I’m tidy, responsible, respectful and easy to communicate with. I’m not looking for a party environment. Most of my time goes into research, writing, reading, walking, cycling, cooking and exploring Sydney.
I value privacy, cleanliness and a peaceful home. I’m friendly and considerate, but I’m also quite independent and would be happiest in a quiet place where personal space is respected.
I have PhD scholarship funding and can provide my University of Sydney admission letter, scholarship/funding letter, passport, visa details and references if needed.
I’m looking for a stable, safe and comfortable place within a reasonable commute to the University of Sydney Camperdown/Darlington campus.
