Hi everyone!

My wife and I are looking for a room in Sydney with a private bathroom.

We are a respectful, clean and organised couple, and we have a quiet routine. We are looking for a place for at least 3 months, from the second half of August, although the exact move-in date is still to be confirmed.

I work remotely most of the time and occasionally go to the office, so good access to public transport is very important. It would also be ideal to have some space in the house/apartment where I can work, or a building with a co-working area.

We usually cook our own meals at home, so we need access to the kitchen, fridge and basic cooking/storage space.

We also enjoy going to the gym and staying active, so having gyms nearby is important, as well as supermarkets and general shops/services.

We are also very proactive with household tasks and are happy to help keep the home clean and organised, including things like sweeping, vacuuming, washing and general cleaning if needed.

A few important points:

* private bathroom is essential
* good access to public transport is essential
* kitchen access is essential
* Cristiane smokes, but only outside, so a balcony or outdoor area would be important. She does not smoke inside the house/apartment

We are looking for a clean, comfortable and respectful place to stay, ideally in an area with good transport, shops and gyms nearby.

Budget: up to AUD 650 per week
