I'm easy-going, respectful and experienced in creating a positive share-house environment. For the past 14 years I've managed and lived in large share houses, so I understand the importance of communication, cleanliness, paying bills on time, respecting personal space and making a house feel like a home.

I'm planning to move to the Gold Coast and I'm looking for one or more like-minded people who would be interested in sharing a lease on a large house with me, ideally 5+ bedrooms. The idea would be for us to rent the property together and work together to find suitable housemates for the additional rooms, subject to the lease and landlord's approval.

I already have brand-new furniture and household equipment to comfortably set up a large 5+ bedroom home, including bedroom and living-room furniture, so we wouldn't be starting from scratch.

I run my own gardening and property maintenance business, so I'm practical, reliable and happy looking after gardens and general household maintenance. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker and drug-free, and I prefer a relaxed, friendly and drama-free household.

Outside work, I enjoy bushwalking, nature, board games, sport, local history and exploring new places. I'm social and enjoy a conversation, shared meal, board-game night or outdoor adventure, while also respecting everyone's privacy and downtime.

I'm mainly looking to connect with reliable people who like the idea of creating and running a great share house together on the Gold Coast, rather than simply renting a room from someone else.
