I'm working two jobs one is part time and the other Casual in Libraries. My hobbies are news/current affairs, movies, going out to cafes/restaurants, listening to music, going to cinema, walking, computers/internet, and going out for coffees. I consider myself to be friendly, clean, tidy, respectful, and cooperative. I'm willing to have a chat with you whilst respecting your privacy. I'm looking for a quiet house whilst respecting friends and family who visit. If your house has a cleaning schedule I'm happy to participate. Preferably looking for a bedroom that is unfurnished as I have bedding and amenities. I'm very experienced in renting and share houses as I've been doing this for over 20 years. I have currently been living in my place for about five years. My previous rental property I've lived there for ten years.
