Hello,

Thank you very much for taking the time to read our introduction.

We are currently living and working in Sydney, and due to work relocation arrangements, we are planning to move to Brisbane in September to begin a new chapter of work and life. We are currently looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful and long term place to call home.

I will be moving together with my female colleague. We are both responsible working professionals with stable employment and reliable income. We are open to different options, including renting an entire house or apartment together, or considering a high quality shared home with private rooms.

Our budget is approximately $300–$1,000 per week, depending on the location, condition of the property, facilities and overall living environment. We are flexible with the area and mainly focus on finding a safe, comfortable and suitable long term home.

We both have stable work and financial situations, and we can provide reliable rental payments. We also have previous rental experience in the United States and other countries, so we understand the importance of respecting the property, following house rules and maintaining a good relationship with landlords.

As tenants, we are:

Non-smokers;
Quiet and respectful;
Not interested in loud parties;
Clean and organised;
Respectful of neighbours and personal space;
Careful with furniture, appliances and all property facilities.

We always keep our living space tidy and regularly clean both private areas and shared spaces. We believe a home should be treated with care and respect, just like our own.

We also value communication. If any maintenance issue occurs, we will communicate with the landlord promptly and responsibly. We believe a good landlord tenant relationship is built on trust, honesty and mutual respect.

A property with a parking space would be highly appreciated because it would make our daily work and lifestyle more convenient. However, we are also open to suitable properties without parking if the overall conditions are right.

As we are originally from China, having a landlord who can communicate in Chinese would be very helpful for daily communication and building a more comfortable relationship. However, we are also happy to communicate with landlords from any cultural background and truly value kindness, respect and good communication.

In our free time, we enjoy walking, having coffee, exploring local areas and experiencing the lifestyle of Brisbane. We hope to gradually settle into the local community and create a stable life here.

We sincerely hope to meet a responsible and friendly landlord and find a place where we can stay long term. We will treat the property with care and appreciate the trust given to us.
