Hi! My name is Caitria and I am moving to Sydney from Newcastle for work. I’m a full-time professional working in NSW Parliament on Macquarie Street. I’m clean, considerate, easygoing, and will be at work so often and away most weekends so I think I’ll barely be home!

I’m looking for a self-contained granny flat, studio, or a room in a respectful share house.

My husband lives in Newcastle, so I will be heading north to see him most weekends. If you're in a share house, that means you'll regularly have the home to yourself on Saturdays and Sundays! On the occasional weekend where I stay in Sydney, my husband will come down to visit me, so I’m looking for a household that is comfortable with the occasional weekend guest (or a standalone granny flat/studio where we have our own space).

I am a friendly, considerate, and flexible housemate. I’m a reliable working professional and I’ve lived with lots of different people in various types of accommodation all around the world. My husband and I also have ten 5-star reviews on housesitting apps around the world.

Really I just am a really easy, reasonable person. I will be super low-impact during the week with five days a week in the office and I’ll be absent most weekends. I’m respectful of communal spaces, quiet hours, and privacy.
