Tim and Sumona

Hello! Firstly, we're looking for a place without carpet and ideally a few km outside the CBD in order to manage my pretty severe dust mite allergy. At least you know we'll keep things clean!

We're a friendly couple who are clean and tidy, sociable, and considerate. We are easy going and get along very well with most people. We have lived in sharehouses before and have a good rental history. Tim has also previously managed a six-bedroom house. We're not really party people but like to have a friend over now and then and like good conversation. I think we strike a good balance between being social and having space.

Tim is a software developer and Sumona is a primary school teacher, both working at the office/school (not WFH).
