Hi beautiful people! 👋 I’m Bunny (28, they/he), and have been leasing my own house with another housemate for last two years down at the Peninsula. However with her moving due to her job, I’m looking for a fresh place to call home with housemates who are respectful, mature, healthy and open minded. She will be always happy to welcome you home no matter how bad a day you had. well Ive currently been living in a share house but the owner would like to renovate so we are all required to move out, i would also prefer my own space as it does become frustrating sometimes with different people coming in and out of somewhere you live.. i would also like to think about the long term benefits and planning my future and having somewhere more stable and secure would be alot less stressful so i can concertrate on that, I do have 2 inside cats that is litter trained, this does make it hard finding somewhere that will allow me to have cats...I think renting my own 2 bedroom would be more appropriate for me as I also have a car I would need to have somewhere to store ideally otherwise I would have to settle for the street somewhere I am currently working full time and I have another casual job I’m looking to find somewhere to live that is in close proximity to where I’m working... Im respectful to others, clean and always tidy up after myself and dont mind doing a bit of gardening and chores around the house to help out... i always pay my rent on time as that is my priority so you wont have to worry bout not getting ur rent on time. I do have savings away for added security.. I would prefer somewhere long term and need to find somewhere asap.
