My name is Josh and I’m looking for a place to rent in a unit or house, in one of the suburbs I’ve listed in the Inner West.

I'm in my late 30’s and work in the environmental field. I’m very laid back, super chill, clean, tidy, respectful and sociable. I'm a big sports fan and rugby league tragic. Go the mighty Newtown Jets! ✈️ ✈️✈️

In my free time, I love attending live music, craft beer breweries, wine bars, pubs, sporting events and really enjoy fine dining. I’m very passionate about craft beer and specifically the craft beer scene in the Inner West of Sydney.

I think it’s pretty important that flatmates share a similar vibe and inevitably become great mates. Whilst I fully respect one’s privacy, I’m also looking for a flatmate who likes to be sociable and is keen to chill out at home (and out) over a few drinks, shared meals etc. So, please have a solid read of my profile to ensure we’re on the same page:)
