Hello!

We’re a small, responsible family looking for a fully furnished short-term rental or subley in Melbourne’s northeastern, eastern or southeastern suburbs while our house build is being finished. We are happy to sublet if you are going on holiday etc.
Our backstory is that we are waiting for our new house to be built but had to move out of our rental, so we will be staying with my parents, and keen to break up that stay.

Ideally, we’re looking to move in around 9 Jan and stay into mid March, possibly into April. We are interested in looking at spaces for shorter amounts of time also. We are not looking to share with anyone.

We are a couple with a toddler and an apartment-raised, well-trained, 7kg, adult dog.

I am a school teacher and my husband runs his own successful business. We’re also homeowners ourselves and have glowing reviews from Airbnb stays and house sits. We take great pride in looking after homes with care and respect, and can provide references and proof of ID.
