Hi I’m Josh: a friendly, easy going, respectful, and clean guy. I like friendly home vibes with housemates though at the same time I'm very independent and respectful of personal space. I keep fit at the gym, running, yoga, mountain biking, and hiking. I've shared many times in the past without effort, and always end up making friends :) I’m financially sound and responsible with all my bills.

I’m an animal and nature lover generally, I have volunteered with the RSPCA in the past, worked casually with the Vic police dog squad, and I have a beautiful chocolate/white border collie named Shelby who is roughly half the size of a normal border collie (beagle size). Shelby is well looked after, trained to a working dog level, and super friendly with people and animals alike. She is no trouble at all. I take her on a couple of outings everyday. At home she is very independent and a very chilled out dog—if you’re home she’ll park herself near you and fall asleep... At the park or the beach with a ball however, different story 🤣 So, I'm looking for an animal friendly house.... :)

I love reading and writing, and I’ll be studying part time and working part time. I’m financially sound and able to provide bank statements etc to show my ability to easily pay my way.
