About me
Looking for a new abode (landlord selling) for me and my boi (friendly 8 y/o or so cat minus one leg Archie). Wanting to move anytime from August 11 - September 19. Would love to have a nice enclosed backyard for him to hang out in. Should be able to bring some nice outdoor furniture from my current place + some other furniture.
Generally pretty neat and tidy, feel like I typically pull at the least my weight, but chill about it (just don't leave your dishes in the sink too long plz).
Work 5 nights flipping burgers in CBD and at uni for nursing 3-4 days a week so bit busy. Would be nice to be within biking distance of CBD but not a deal-breaker.
Tend to chill out with some tunez, listening and playing em. So if you play as well hmu. Also just studying/ gaming/ etc.
Happy to do a team up or take a room in existing share-house. I've spent too long chasing the cheapest possible rent so wouldn't mind shelling out a bit more for a nice place with a couple others, as well as 12-month lease, but nothing is a dealbreaker without a chat (except don't vote Liberal.)
