Jess and Leo

Heya so nice to meet you, my names Jess I’m 22 years old. I’m a humble, friendly, silly, compassionate and creative person who doesn’t want to move back to the central coast! I adore the city but will have to move back to the coast if I can’t find a home soon. I love spending time enjoying music, baking, exercise and journaling/doing art, I’m usually out and about exploring the city with leo and friends. I currently study fashion design at Ultimo and run a small vintage clothing business as a sole trader. Leo is also 22 and currently studying exhibited animal care at tafe. They work as a kids party entertainer and I love cooking, jewellery making and going on bushwalks. We both are clean, respectful, friendly and chatty people who enjoy socialising but value personal time and space too. Our budget is around $600/week and we would love a place with two bedrooms but would be able to settle with one if necessary. We are confident in our ability to look after and maintain a clean and quiet home. We are looking for a place that is queer friendly and close to our study location in ultimo.

We are happy to provide any further information needed aswell as both of our rental histories, reference of character and rental ledger letters from our current landlords. We really hope that a landlord is willing to help out a young couple like us and give us a chance to find our home
