Hi Guys,
My name is Cam and I'm Currently looking for a place that is around the Greenslopes/Mount Gravatt area before my lease ends on the 3/3/25. I'm looking for a place where I have my own room and off-street parking as I use my own vehicle a lot for work. I also don't mind sharing a bathroom. For Work, I am a 4th yr Electrical Apprentice who is up at 4:30am in the morning and usually in bed by 8pm during the work week. In my spare time I like to do Boxing, Running, Reading, Skipping and the occasional gaming on the weekends.
I'm very respectful of other peoples space and very aware of my surroundings. I like to keep communal areas clean and I always clean up after myself. During the week I'm majority of the time at work and in the afternoons/evenings I'm at the gym as I like to keep myself busy. When I leave for work in the mornings I'm very quiet and try my very best to not make a noise. I'm not a big party person as I love my 8 hours of sleep too much. I also love a good chat with a fellow flatmate and hanging out. I'm looking for fellow flatmates who share these similar values.
