I work in Bondi junction area but flexible on location as I drive. Currently in inner west. Willing to consider east or further west.

Work full time in construction management. I work a lot and don't spend huge amounts of time at home often. Very handy around the house though!

Very clean and respectful, used to a variety of share house dynamics, and of course always pay bills and rent on time.
Born & raised in rural nsw.

Love gardening, dancing, yoga, cycling and being out in nature.

I have all my own bedroom furniture + require some storage space for tools (garage ideally). I also have a fridge, but am willing to store/sell furniture for the right place.
