My wife, Maryam, and I are currently based in Sydney and are relocating to Brisbane. We are looking for a private place to rent, ideally a one-bedroom apartment, flat, granny flat, studio, private suite, or other self-contained accommodation.

I have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and work full-time as an engineer. Maryam is a medical graduate and is currently going through the registration process.

We are a tidy, respectful and easy-going couple. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and value a clean, quiet and peaceful living environment. In our free time, we enjoy going for walks, exploring new places and spending time with friends.

Our move-in date is in the first half of November.
