Hey all,

I’m Shaun, I am early 40's(I identify as early 30's :) ) single guy non smoker. I am well travelled and have a holistic outlook.

I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle, I eat well and I like to keep active, but I also like to slink down and binge the occasional show if the mood hits me, finding that balance is one of life's little wonders. :)

Work wise I am a storeman in a warehouse in Preston. Online I also do some part time work for a naturopath as a health mentor/patient support.

I like having a chat over a cuppa, or watching a movie together if people like to be social. But I definitely respect others space and enjoy my space. I'm not looking for a party house or a rooming house that has 7 bedrooms full.

I love getting out for walks/hikes or most outdoor adventures so a location near some nice parks/walks or nature reserves is ideal.
Otherwise you can probably find me in my room playing VR, laughing at comedy, watching horror or diving into some qigong, meditation, breathwork and mushroom growing books or practices.

I'm after a decent sized room, at least 3m x 3m, with loads of natural light, ensuite/own bathroom preferred, but I am flexible, either a wardrobe free standing or built in and other than that unfurnished if possible as I have all I need. Also some shed storage space would be an added bonus as well if available.

I'm a very clean and tidy person that respects others and is always punctual with rent and bills.

I'm looking at moving anytime between about the 10th of September and 1st of October.
