29 year old single female working full time at a restaurant off James Street. Looking for a place to call home as my current place is getting renovations at the start of the year so I can’t renew the lease! I’ve been here for the past year and prior I was in another flat share in Holland Park. Super quiet, tidy &respectful. Non smoker although I do vape. I don’t drink alcohol but not against it! Just wanting somewhere that’s chill and respectful of one another. I’m a total introvert outside of work but do love hanging with my friends on days off going to cafes etc, always up for a chat!
Would love my own bathroom but if the place suits I’m happy to share
