29 year old female working full time hours in hospitality (some day shifts but mainly evenings with late finishes 12-1am) I’m looking for a place to call home from the end of Feb/Start of March due to my current place getting renovated and my 12 month lease is finishing. I’m looking to sign for 6-12month, my current place is completely furnished so I don’t have any furniture/don’t require space for storage etc. I’m originally from New Zealand, been in Bris for 6 years and have no plans on leaving anytime soon! I’m super chill to live with, pretty introverted when i’m at home but also never turn down a chat. I’m a bit of a night owl because i finish work around midnight but really respectful of noise levels etc + i spend majority of my time in my room when home anyway (i also sleep like a rock so noise isn’t a problem for me), always make sure i keep things clean & tidy, respectful of others personal space, pay rent on time - All that fun stuff. Non smoker although I do vape. I don’t party but nothing against it if you do.
Preferably would love my own bathroom but if the place suits I’m happy to share
No car space needed
