Hello.
I am new to Sydney.

I am a professional friendly female (work office hours Monday to Friday) looking for a cosy, quiet and clean home with mature, clean and friendly non-smoking housemates (preferably 1 or 2 people max but flexible) who study or work and also value their independence, privacy and clean quiet peaceful spaces. Not wanting a party place.

I have a lot of experience sharing and i am very considerate of others. I always clean up after myself and respectful of shared areas so others can enjoy

I am quiet to live with as my home is a place to relax and unwind so I keep my social life outside. I am friendly and a good communicator so up for a chat when our paths cross while very mindful and respectful of housemates needs for space and privacy. I expect the same in return. I dont smoke, rarely drink. Health conscious índividual.

I need a place with good access/walking distance to public transport (to get to city) and near supermarkets, amenities, etc. Room must be furnished, non-smoking housemates and no pets preferably due to allergies.
