Hi, I’m Rob. I’m an IT professional and I have my own home down on the Mornington Peninsula, just a few minutes’ walk from Safety Beach.

I’m looking for a room in Melbourne’s eastern or south-eastern suburbs for around 2 nights per week. This would usually be over the weekend (Friday to Sunday), although occasionally I may also need a night during the week when I’m working from my Melbourne office.

I’m not looking for a full-time home — really just somewhere comfortable, clean and convenient to stay when I’m in Melbourne.

I’m clean, very tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I won’t be doing much cooking, so all I really need is:

• A comfortable bed
• A desk or suitable space to work
• Reliable internet/Wi-Fi
• Ideally a parking spot, either on-site or easy street parking nearby

I’m also open to a room swap arrangement if that suits someone. You could potentially stay at my place near Safety Beach for around 2 nights a week in exchange for me staying at yours.

I’m flexible with the exact days and happy to discuss an arrangement that works well for both of us.
